• Australian Volunteers International enables Australians to volunteer and work overseas, in partnership with people of developing communities.

Volunteers must have established expertise and 5 years minimum experience in their fields, a willingness to share this knowledge and experience, an ability to train others, and cultural sensitivity, patience, tolerance and open-mindedness. Assignments are to develop local skills and expertise in areas such as: Finance, Accounting, Training, Marketing and I.T.

Volunteers are not expected to be out of pocket. Although there is no remuneration attached to the assignment, all basic costs are covered - e.g, accommodation & flights.
